Mindfulness & Self-Compassion Courses.
Three evidence-based programs for learning to relate differently to yourself, to stress, and to the life you are actually living.
Courses & Programs · Compassionate Mind · Worthington, Ohio
All three programs are grounded in decades of research and in the simple idea that how you relate to your own experience, your thoughts, your stress, your self-criticism, can be learned, practiced, and changed. They differ in focus and format. The right one depends on where you are and what you're ready for.

Why these programs are offered this way
Most mindfulness content is available online, on demand, at your own pace.
These programs are intentionally different.
In-person, small-group, co-facilitated learning creates conditions that self-study simply cannot: the kind of safety, presence, and human connection that allows this work to actually land. These are not informational programs. They are experiential ones.
- In-person offerings that prioritize presence, shared experience, and relational learning, creating conditions for the kind of integration and connection that makes this work stick
- Small group sizes of 8 to 16 participants, designed to create genuine safety, meaningful reflection, and the sense that you are not alone in what you are carrying
- Co-facilitated programs allowing for greater attunement, richer group dynamics, and more support throughout the learning process
- Trauma-informed and clinically grounded facilitation, with care for emotional safety and pacing throughout, especially important for those navigating burnout, stress, or difficult life circumstances
